Gimme some, some, some

Superlove is something that they say is very rare
In the dark, In your world it’s everywhere
And I feel like an x x rated movie star
It’s the way you love me down
It’s the way you love me down
Everytime we kiss you bring out the woman in me
Everytime you holler out my name you set me free
I am a sex-o-matic venus freak when I’m with you
And I will stop it only when you tell me to
I am the automatic easy freak all over you
And I will stop it only when you tell me to.

Superlove
Gimme some, some, some.
We are the genius of love
Feel like an x x rated movie star
It’s the way you love me down
It’s the way you love me down
Everytime we kiss you bring out the woman in me
Everytime you holler out my name you set me free
I am a sex-o-matic venus freak when I’m with you
And I will stop it only when you tell me to
I am the automatic easy freak all over you
And I will stop it only when you tell me to.

When we seek and hide
When my hands are tied
69 positions and
whip cream all over my skin
lick you from bottom to root
love to get down with you
I am a sex-o-matic venus freak when I’m with you
And I will stop it only when you tell me to
I am the automatic easy freak all over you
And I will stop it only when you tell me to.

Oooooh yeah, Macy Grey… Bottom to root indeed. Yum. Wish I could sing it in her deep, smokey, sexy voice. It never quite comes out that way when I try. But fortunately-as I discovered this weekend doin’ 90 on my way to the Norminapalooza-that don’t matter at all when I’m solo on the freeway!

WHOOHOOOO! X x rated movie stardom, here I come!

;)

My freeway skilz are rapidly improving too. Did you know that you can change a tampon with one hand and your teeth, while zoomin’ down the interstate?

It’s a good skill to hone, especially if you(like moi) are prone to NOT wearing any underwear and silly enough to only bring one dress to wear to a party that lasts all weekend-Eek! Saved, in the nick of time!

Plus it has the added benefit of thrilling the heck outta passing truckers.

Ninja Moon Goddess!

nm

I finished the companion piece to the River goddess, just in time to deliver it to Heather at the Norminapalooza(deets and pics on that spectaculiscious event coming soon…)…

nm1

She looks nice in the bathroom. I thought she might be a little overpowering, too dynamic a contrast to the peacefulness of the smaller River lady…

rv

But it’s really a pretty nice combo.

nmd

Heather says it’ll help her wake up in the morning! The placement is pretty perfect too-you see the energetic splendor of the Moongoddess when you walk into the room, then, as you assume your throne to do your bizness, you can gaze upon the sublime serenity of the Rivergoddess…

:)

Nothing like a satisfied, return customer to warm the cockles of my artistic heart.

Swordfight!

Sm

An attempt to rescue errant letter matts from the treetops last monday became a full scale tournament as Sam and M’kehla jousted-when one of the combatants is wielding a ten foot long bamboo pole, it’s really more of a joust than a swordfight! Eeeek! I must admit I had to bite my motherly tongue a few times…

m

Don’t mess with M’kehla when she’s got her dakini groove on!

smblur

She’ll chop your head off!

chalk

Luckily, Sam was really enthusiastic about the whole deathbyheadchopping thing-he loves that kind of dramatic, explosive, death throes theatrics-he even illustrated it.

VIBRATE!

Damn, I was hoooooorny last night.

I won’t offend you with the sticky details, but the handle of my happy brush was grinning smugly at me from beneath my pillow this morning!

Casting

samcut

My friend Laura taught us how to cast a concrete sculpture this week. She’s working on a Nia temple guardian, quite a forbidding fellow, tho the armature does rather resemble a legless, brainless robot…

robt

Sam thought it needed horns, but though they totally rocked, they were impractically humonguous.

I got all excited when I went home that night and mangled my Headtrip massager into an impromptu goddess armature.

Unfortunately we ran out of time to actually work the concrete part in, so we’ll have to wait ’til Laura gets back from Dathun, her month long meditation retreat…

Oh well, we had a great time scrambling about in the ravine looking for arm branches, cutting wires and talking ’bout buddhism and life over pancakes and toast in a leetle Madrona cafe.

Plus, how could I possibly kvetch?

sam

Sam made me such a sweet stepping stone!

tolt

My momma, my son and I had a splendid sunny day out at the Tolt river yesterday. It was hot sun, cold water lovely.

toltsam

We also had the pleasure of attending the Dana Lyons concert at the Carnation Tree Farm that evening. It was a benefit for the Thirteen Grandmother’s Moonlodge, a fundraiser to buy a new yurt for them.

Dana is such an awesome, fun performer. His songs are by turns inspiring, hilarious, and apt-especially ‘Mosquito Party’ sung as the bugs were indeed chewing their way right through our clothses.

We didn’t mind though, it was too much fun, with Dana attempting to mimick the bullfrogs croaking from the pond with his guitar-he did a pretty damn good job too!

Sweet summer fun.

Art begets art

dale

I love it when my art fuels the imagination of other artists. The tonglen illustration I did for my chi gong teacher and my Sarasvati painting were chosen to decorate the Karma Choling newsletter a few months ago. The tonglen drawing inspired a fellow named Dale to create a new artwork, radiating out from the original illustration.

Pretty cool, huh?
