I'll have to cooroborate with Sam when he gets back from his dad's, but apparently, it just burps them out to random lucky customers-even the foolish, aggressive ones. And since it was just born(see all the exploding shell bits?), the present must have mysteriously materialized inside it's toothy maw-immaculate pizza conception! Mystic pizza, indeed. ;) Hehe, nope.
