And yes, I will process my own pictures soon, I promise.

Rita and I are famous-woot!
Right under the gargantuan penis lamp too, how fortuitous…
So, I decided to mix it up a bit for my SEAF body painting performance.. Instead of my usual bodypainting, I’m going to silk-mache a dress on Rita-well actually, three dresses! One for each of the nights of SEAF!
And, we have proof of concept, ‘cuz we tried it out at LRS’s last Gold Show. It was a spectacular success!
Oooohhlala! And, she danced like a silver fox all night, tassles flying ’round her ankles-so sexylovely! More silky Rita pics here.
SEAF is going to be amazing. Don’t miss it! We’ll be performing at 9pm every night.
I love this event! How could I not?
24 hours of art-making madness with my wonderful, creative, wackyass friends and community?
I had so much fun this year. I drew/painted four lovely works on paper..
..and bodypainted the lovely Kerry:
And read a short, new poem:
wailing on the brink,
I cower before the echoing,
of my own heart.
You can see the rest of the loverly pictures here.
Aaaaaaaah, my art life is amazing right now.
The Seattle Erotic Art Festival is coming SOON!
April 30th through May 3rd, L’art erotique has a venue.. SEAF is going to be amazing this year-a gorgeous panoply of art, performers, writing, music and dancing. Come party with us!
Check out the line up here. Scroll WAAAAAAAAAY down and you’ll find Rita and I-and see what we’re up to.
I love threes and nines, so 39 is simply the most exquisite number EVER. Obviously, my 39th birthday had to be something special.
Therefore, I combined it with my annual Naked Human party. Everyone brought tons of gawdjis clothes, we made a humongous pile and dove in. The party was so much fun, it just sort of ran itself! None of the performances I’d planned happened-but there was plenty of spontaneous performing ‘midst all the talking, snuggling, playing, trying oning and giggling.
Brenda Belcher serenaded us with her lovely songs(when Zola wasn’t licking her face).
Sean made magic with his mesmerizing balls.
Yonatan stole our hearts with his shy debutante act… And then stole my hat. Again.
Danni and Cody had us bustin’ a gut with their hilarious body-part-mash-up(Cody is the legs, Danni the top). There were really too many lovely performances to snap pictures of… Mai Li sang to us and told us ridiculous jokes, Juliet and Drew gave an awesome poem/montage of quotes, sweaters were cut into leg-warmers———-
———-and we feasted on delicious foodstuffs. Rita made me an awesome grapefruit cake-yum! My lentil stew turned out divinely although it was a new recipe and I de-baconated it in favor of my veggitastic friends. Everyone scored loverly new clothes and we all had fun rummaging through the pile…
Such a glorious birthday! Thanks so much all y’alls, you’re amazing. Such a rich, lucky woman am I, to have such fantastic friends and community!

Cat let out his inner devil and took Sam along for the ride this Halloween. Luckily, our kitchen is round, so I cast a protective circle of chocolate chips to keep them at bay. It worked for Sam anyway-perhaps I should try kibbles next time as well..
Halloween weekend rocked too-Delayne came down and we partied like mad gypsy devils.
First, with Rachael on friday night at the Church of Bass and then with Rita and Ben at the Metaphorest.
AAAAIIEEEEEE! My eyes!!! They really tag teamed the Visual Assault costumes.
More halloweeny pics here.
To add to all the yumminess, Yoni popped up again, with his lovely new friend, Maya. We had the bestest time snuggling our sunday morning away and then bustin’ ass to help my momma move a desk.. Well, mostly Maya and I ‘helped’ by giggling, skipping and scoping out the boys as they moved the desk, but we did carry the top of it in, so I call assbustin’ props.
Then mom read tarot for Yoni and Maya read Yantra cards(her very own tarot deck!) for me.
A weekend of the very finest. Sigh, I have the most deliciousest of friends ever!
My Jane O’Lantern for the Babes in Toyland window this year. These amorous kitties won third place.
I love these crisp, delicious Autumn days and nights… The fog burning off to let the sun caress the glowing scarlet and gold embers of the deciduous trees and the blustering winds tossing the leaves about every which way. The punkins and squashes and soups. The harvest moon and the convocations of crows.
Kim asked me to do a bodypainting performance for the Little Red Studio’s Sensual Repast and Rita agreed to come be my canvas, so I covered her in leaves and crows rejoicing in the copper moon.
More leaves blowing about her back..
Yum. Then we got to feast on Kim’s delicious Repast. Scrumptious punkin soup, phat crab cakes and meltingly luscious lamb legs.. I had to run home after the main course to hang with my kiddo, so I missed the Erotic Haunted House and dessert, but it was a lovely evening, nonetheless.
