what else is a gal to do all by her lonesome tonight?

I landscaped with Kara all day today, as witnessed by my legs, perched in all their scratched-up naked glory on the desk by the keyboard, not to mention my chafed fingers pecking out the type, and incipient tanktop tan.

Anyway, I skipped outta class a bit early 'cause I had no partner to rub or be rubbed by and I didn't feel like hanging around watching everyone else 'ssaging... One longass busride later(I kinda forgot how the 72 travels all over creation before it decides to swing back to it's scintillating Lake City destination) I finally hauled my heavy bags in my front door, dropped them in a heap with my shoes and jacket and headed for the bath.

Ben was in the shower.

Tired and grumpy, I consoled myself by reading Kats hilarious post about her dramaqueen exboytoy, Shaunys adventures in Paris and Nicholes gingered nipple woes.

Feeling much better, I proceeded with my bath, at long last ridding myself of the grime of three different yards. As the warm water soothed my aching muscles I mused about the planting and weedings I'd done and how nice it must be for those people to come home and find all that work magically done in their absence and how odd it was that I'd been there all unbeknownst to them, intimate with their rhodies and geraniums, yet they'd never even meet me or know me at all...

I went to bed and read for a while, all cozy-like, but then I remembered I'd forgotten some emailing I needed to do, lucky for all you out there who would otherwise have missed this meandering moody musing.

So, here am I, blogging in the nude.
