on the half shell if you can afford the per "each" price. add a saltine, some cocktail sauce with a little horseradish......a little tought to get them to sit on that saltine....trying to maneauver them from the shell which sits on a bed of ice...way cool........but, well worth the effort as are many things in life!

Hmmm... I'd have to disagree.
I say raw, with red wine as an aperatif and chocolate for dessert.
